United States Orders are shipped via USPS priority with confirmation unless other arrangements are requested. Allow 10-15 business days for delivery.The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges.We strive to ship all orders received within 24hrs of placing your order if product is in stock at our store location at time of purchase. Back orders are shipped per your instructions. For shipping that needs to arrive on or before a specific day such as Christmas, Valentines, etc. please specify in comments section. If it is within 14 days of purchase, select overnight shipping to ensure delivery on time. Overnight orders placed after 12pm central standard time will ship on next biz day. For overnight shipping (I.e. Order wed 1pm delivery would be friday)

Order & Service Questions
Defective Product Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within  3 days from receipt. Contact us at 940-591-9971 regarding a replacement or return. All returns require a return authorization number. All products must be in the original packaging and un-used. We can not accept any products that have be used due to health concerns.
Refused/Returned Order Refused or returned orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders. Refused orders can cause your account to be placed on a “Prepaid Only� status.
Damaged/Shortages All merchandise leaves our  store in perfect condition. All concealed damage or shortages must be reported to  My Spicy Treasures  within 48 hours from the receipt of goods.
If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact us with the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you. |
